Well I have to say that I am somewhat disappointed that I didnt get a single guess at yesterdays quote.... Im going to give it a few days before I let anyone know who said it. Today I weighed myself just as usual and was sitting at 238, not bad after a huge cheat day on Saturday. I am planning on getting bodyfat done tomorrow or Thursday. Kind of excited sort of nervous. I hope to be under 20% by now, who knows, maybe. Had an awesome workout today, PR'd on my Zercher squat, 295lbs. If you dont know what a zercher squat is, you hold the bar right in the crease of your arm and squat it. If you still cant get it I am sure that youtube has a video. After the strength it was 225lbs Deadlifts for 9reps and push-ups for 9 reps, 5xs total. It was actually supposed to be handstand push-ups but my shoulder wont let me do those yet so regular push-ups for yours truly. Great Times.... Here is another quote from C.S.
