Its hard to believe that I have now been eating good for 40 days with only two days of bad eating. Those days were scheduled in and yesterday was my second. We had Chipolte and pizza and my wife made some chocolate eclair and it was amazing. I find it interesting though that my desire to eat bad food is not really an issue anymore. I dont really like to eat bad, occasionally ok, on a regular basis, no way. My pour little 3 month old, Joshua, cried for almost 2 straight hours this evening so I am expecting a long night. Well later this week I plan on getting my body fat tested again to see how things are progressing. I feel better, I think I look better so thats a big plus, but I want to be able to take off my shirt and be comfortable, long way to go... New quote tonight, have fun.
Its kind of long but its a good one.
"We have all been changed by our tragedies, no matter how much we have tried, and should try, to avert them. No matter what cures we seek, or whom we seek them from. Perhaps there exists a possible benefit when hardship is also accepted as part of human life. These challenges have given each of us a desire for justice. A hatred of injustice. It has changed us. it could change anybody. Everybody. Imagine if you will, a world to come, a world transformed, a humanity beyond even our wildest imaginings. If our lives and the struggles we face were able to purchase that future, how could we not be grateful for the opportunity to fight for that possibility? That tomorrow?"
