Day 15...

My weight has leveled off so I think it is now time for me to just tighten my diet up some more, and make sure that Im getting in some extra cardio.  I am eating good but I am still coming up shy on my calorie intake... I know that sounds like I should be dropping weight faster but that is not necessarily true.  My protein is down and so in that I may be burning through some muscle and I do not want that, so I have to make sure that I am getting in my 180-190 grams a day.  It is actually harder than I thought.  I weighed in today at 240 and my goal is to be down in the 230's as a regular weight by the end of the week.  I have a goal of 225 lbs by the end of my first 5 weeks and I think that by the end of the full 90 I might be able to get down to a lean 215..... that would be amazing.  What are you planning on accomplishing in the next 90 days?
