Friday has come and gone and thank God that I have had another good day of eating. Im still struggling to get my calories in and realizing im going to have to plan better. No change in weight still at 239 and holding, and thats fine with me. It just means that the next weight loss should be a good steady fat loss, assuming im taking in enough protein and calories. So some of you may ask what my typical food is??? Well its completely "against the grain" as some might say. I eat almost nothing but meat and fat, but on occasion I will eat some veggies, and a little fruit. Well like tonight, my wife and I are going out to see a friend of ours perform some improv comedy. We are going to have dinner first, out. So I have to be careful what I eat there but I can almost say without hesitation that I will have some type of veggie...
