10....and 11

Day 10 went well, ate great and realized that my calories were too low so I upped them... Didnt get a chance to weigh myself on day ten because the scale that I used is at the school that I coach at and school was canceled so I didnt get over there in the morn to check it.  I did however get a chance to do a WOD with the class and it was awesome.  I can tell that its been a while though, I am sore.  My shoulder is a little tender but not too bad so today I did some cardio and just stretched and rolled my shoulder.  So onto day 11, again food was great I have not had a grain or startch in 10 days and I still feel good.  Its harder than I thought trying to get enough protein and that is my next goal, if you will.  I weighed in today and was sitting right at 239.  Starting weight was 253 so thats a pretty good drop.  Cant wait to see what happens in the coming months.  My body fat is down a percent from last week so im at 24% which is still way too high but its on its way and as I add in more protein I should see it drop a little quicker.  Time for bed see ya tomorrow.

  1. Good work Ryan! You dropped 14 lbs in 10 days, but it looks like most of it was water-weight if those percentages are correct. The fat will really start to come off now and you'll be able to see a difference.
    I had my sugar crash Tuesday and Wednesday. It was miserable. I'm glad that you haven't had any trouble yet. Maybe you won't! I've only dropped about 3 pounds, but I had gotten rid of my water weight before I started. I'm down 11lbs from a month ago.
