Today is day 9 and to be honest it has been fun and a learning experience. I thought that before I ate ok, yeah right I was just kidding myself. I am having issues getting in enough protein throughout the day but im going to try to fix that tomorrow, im only getting about 145 or so grams and I need about 190 to be able to keep the muscle that I do have. I will be getting my body fat done again tomorrow and I weighed in today at 241 so im hoping to be down in the 230's for that. I went to the doctor today for my shoulder and he said that he still didn't want me pressing overhead.... Its a good thing I didn't tell him that a few days ago I was doing a strict press with 95lbs... Oh well our little secret. You know I really appreciate doctors and what they do, I just wish that sometimes they would prescribe the best way to get back not just the safest way. Any who, its getting late and im getting tired so good night, and God bless.
Woo! Keep rocking it out! The past couple of days were rough for me, but I think the worst is over. The first two weeks of any low carb diet run the risk of bottoming out, and I'm pretty sure that's what happened. I'm psyched about your weight loss! You're doing great! I haven't dropped many pounds, but I'm already a notch smaller on my belt. Keep it up Ryan!
