Back on Track

Day 34 puts me back on track eating right and living well, and can I tell you what that cheat day did to me.  No major side effects as far as stomach aches or things like that, at least not yet.  However this morning when I weighed in I was 242 again, 237 on Friday if you forgot.  So I am interested to see what happens this week as I go.  Setting up a training program for me to follow also, just trying to organize my life a bit.
