28 days later...

Well nothing quite as scary as the movie, although we are in the middle of an awesome ice storm today all the way through tomorrow.  I have tarped my car tonight so I will not need to scrape or break the ice from my windows come morning.  Due to the storm school was canceled today so I did not make it out there to weigh myself but that is ok, I am still flying high on a 17lb weight loss and am looking forward to thursday to see if I have broken out of the 20s yet in body fat... so if you are following my blog here to help push yourself that is awesome, drop me a line and let me know.  If you have any questions please ask I have all sorts of resources to help you meet your goals too.

Ok so now on to the Quote... not too many guesses on this one and the funny thing about the man that said it, he was not a professed "Christian".  Any other guesses???
