Day 27...

You know i have to say that after 27 days I dont think that I will really be able to go back to eating the way I used to.  Dont get me wrong I am looking forward to having a cheat day here and there but as a basic rule of life, I am eating strict, I am eating for life... For my family.  My weight today was 236 lbs, that is a total of 17 lb drop from the beginning.  The 5 week challenge is up one week from today, but  my 90 days will still be going strong...   OK Ok, so you want to know who said the quote?

-Answer:  George Washington.  Thats right our very own president #1.  Try getting anywhere with that view in politics today.

  1. First off: Awesome job on the weight loss! I'm doing a 6 week challenge with the Crossfit down here, and it'll be done the 15th (of February). I'll let you know my total weight and fat loss. The big news for today is that I'm officially "Under 200!" I weighed in this morning at 198.6! I'll get my body fat measured on the 15th, but judging from external markers (vascularity, etc.) I'd guess that I'm under 20% now. If we do the math at 20%: (207.2*.26)-(198.6*.20)=14lbs! If we guess that I'm at 18% now, that'd be 18lbs... but I'm not convinced that I'm at 18... Regardless, if I've lost 14lbs of fat and only 9lbs of weight, that means I've gained 5lbs of muscle. Not bad for 1 month.

    As for the quote, my first thought is Thomas Jefferson.

  2. Thanks man it sounds like you are doing great yourself... cant wait to hear what it turns out to be... Have to say though that on the quote... thats a negative ghost rider.
