Day 24

Man oh man here we go.  I am down to 21% body fat now, that is a 4% drop in about a month, awesome.  I would obviously like it to be more so I am evaluating what I can do to make that happen over the next month.  I think that I just need to do more workouts and keep that intensity up.  Its my own fault, I get discouraged because of my shoulder and I feel like I hold back when I dont always have to.  So I am going to have to work on that.  Dont get me wrong I am very excited about how far I have come, but I do have a ways to go to get to what I want.  I would like to get down to about 12% and then see if I can hold steady between there and 15%.  I will make it there eventually so lets do this.  Who out there is willing to take this challenge with me?  Im already in the midst of it but anyone of you can join in right beside me.  I urge you to do just that and see what happens.  Its only another 2 months...

  1. This has been a good reminder to me and while I am not doing exactly the same program I have made definite changes in my eating and workouts. I had started right after Christmas, but know that my heart was not in it. Now I have been faithful for a week and am already seeing changes. Thank you for this example and challenge, Ryan. I am also incorporating an improved quiet time and that is more important than the physical, but for me they go hand in hand.
