17 and still counting...

Ladies and gents it has been 17 days and I'm still going strong.  Diet has been great, some slight mishaps but only with fruit.  No sugar or grains whatsoever, and I am telling you right now.  If you have ever said, ohh i couldn't do that, you my friend are dead wrong, or just weak.  I never thought that I could and yet here I am.  It just took a very serious decision to do it.  Tested my body fat today and I am down to 22%.  Still a long way to go but thats a 3% drop in just about 2 1/2 weeks.  This stuff works.  Body weight is still at 239 and thats cool.  Looking to get down to about 220 now so here we go.

  1. Keep up the good work, Ryan! I'm running right along beside you. I haven't lost nearly as much weight as I was expecting in the first two weeks. I'm still down about 10 lbs from 12/30/2010, so I can't really complain. The big news is that I'm starting to see results after only 3 weeks of training. I'm not measuring my body fat again until the middle of February, but I'm sure that I'm gaining a substantial amount of muscle. Be encouraged!
