Its Sunday night, and i have just created my first blog... Oh my, what is the world coming to? Tomorrow starts a 90 day challenge that was issued by my brother. A 90 day challenge to change your life. You see I have been in the field of fitness for about 4-5 years now, but have always managed to stay out of shape. You read that right I said out of shape. I am a personal trainer and gym owner now and am really tired of not being happy with the way I look. Im not comfortable with my shirt off and I am sick of it. My diet is not the worst but has a lot of room to improve. Over the next 90 days i will be getting on here most nights and posting how my day was, as far as eating and exercising. I am going "against the grain" as far as the typical government food pyramid goes. Pun intended. I will be taking all grain out of my diet also no dairy. The main source of my calories will be from protein and fat. I will be posting before and after pics along with other helpful links and tips. I want you all to know that I am coming from the same place you are. I have trouble with eating right and it is killing me.
I will do my best to give daily updates. Thank you for reading.
I will be making changes to my blog as time goes on with pics and such so please bare with me with how plain it looks at the moment.
ReplyDeleteway to go! I am with you! I know I have come a long way, but I am REALLY tired of working so hard to still be the fattest person in every picture with our PCF family and friends. I'll be in early tomorrow to do some measurements and get on this accountability thing! I think you're the best!!! And I want to thank you for encouraging me and pushing me to be my best!!
